AGA Holds it's Own in House Grades Due to the Lack of Support from the Bucks Committee!!

Aylesbury Gymnastics Academy decided to hold it's own in House Grades for it's members and guesses Arabian Gymnastics due to the fact the County Competition had to be cancelled twice, Gareth Tyzack one of AGA's Directors and Chairman of the South Region Women's Technical Committee had no choice but to cancel both competitions due to lack of judges offering to judge at the competition for one main reason the Bucks Committee do not wish to pay judges for their time after each competition makes a profit and with a very healthy bank balance of £9000 plus.....

We all at AGA find this unacceptable and steps will need to be taken to ensure a change happens as we would like our County to look after all of it's disciplines and not just the select few which make more money as this is what it would appear. The future of Women's Artistic looks unwelcome in Bucks which we feel is not a good outlook for the sport and we at AGA would like the Support of all Bucks Clubs to help us make a change for the better!

As far as the AGA in House Competition went all the girls from both clubs competed well and all passed! 2 coaches from AGA who held current Regional Judge Qualifications judge on behalf of AGA and Arabian provided 2 current Club Qualified Judges to judge on behalf of Arabian which made competition run faster and with fair results. The Competition had a very warm feeling to it and both clubs supported each other on each apparatus!

AGA would like to say well done to both clubs gymnasts who all did well and passed the grades at a very well organised and homey feel competition in Aylesbury.
